About Kogarah Seniors Computer Club
A club for people over 50 who would like to learn about computers and other technology
Kogarah Seniors Computer Club Description
Kogarah Seniors Computer Club is a not for profit organisation managed and run totally by volunteers 3 days a week during school terms. The goal of our Club is to encourage seniors over 50 within the Kogarah and surrounding areas to learn the use of computers and other new technology, learning at a pace comfortable to them.
The Club was founded by Norma Thorburn in 2000. We offer classes covering Word, Excel, Publisher (including Card Making), Power Point and other Microsoft programs. As well as a range of courses about Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, the Internet & Digital Photography. Our Club has some of the latest equipment and technology and we have computers available to learn on or you can BYO in our newly refurbished, air conditioned room at the Kogarah School of Arts building.
