Just to let all who supported Kongs Jungle lounge.. Kong actually left 6 months ago.. He was made and an offer and being the astute gorilla he is... he grabbed it and ran.
He also did so quietly to help the transition for the new owners... now the new peeps are brawling in the streets...
He would like to let all know he is no longer involved and wanted thank all those peeps who came and visited him in the jungle and hopes to see you at his next coconut dive bar soon.. a big ...hairy kiss to all... KONG!

As Kongs takes a back seat to help the new Tiki Bar Kitchen bring us the food we always wanted ... we yet again have another great food review. The only mistake is Adam Dundas Taylor has been replaced in the Kitchen by our local gal Kiwi Janine.. apologies Adam.

The talnted Janine and Scotty are serving up some tasty $10 meals.

Kong's Kitchen is about to re open.. with a more casual American Pacific diner style menu with slider burgers, gourmet hot dogs, soft tacos, spicy tiki wings, crispy potato skins and chilli salt fries.. stay tooned.. nice one Kong..

Kongs would like to say a big 2011 thanks to all who helped create Kongs Jungle Lounge from the builders to the floor staff ..and to all who have supported a bar in the far off land of Bondi Junction... with a new bar opening just around the corner we hope more of you will realize that the Jungo is more than just a shopping mall... but a place to be entertained.. See you in the new year with some new business partners ready to make it the club bar what it was always meant to be.. rip it up tonight and all the best for the new year..... Kong.
