About Kosciuszko Tourist Park
Welcome to Kosciuszko Mountain Retreat, we are located inside Kosciuszko National Park at Sawpit Creek. We have powered, unpowered sites, Cedar Cabins, Alpine Chalets and Deluxe Spa Chalets.
Kosciuszko Tourist Park Description
Kosciuszko Tourist Park is set in natural bushland, it is the perfect place to enjoy all that the Snowy Mountains has to offer. Park facilities include a large camp kitchen, guests BBQ's and a childrens playground. Native wildlife is abundant.
Uniquely situated in the peaceful seclusion of snowgum forest sharing the natural beauty with friendly kangaroos, possums and other native Australian wildlife . . . and only a short drive in your own car to Mt Kosciuszko and the Perisher Valley ski resort.
During the Summer months, there are of course many activities that can be done from surrounding area. They include:
Bushwalking, Horse riding, fishing, mountain biking, play golf or visit Yarrangobilly Caves.

Affordable location close to the snow. Great facilities which cater for campers, vans and villas. The community area is quite large and well fitted out with cooking facilities. Very clean and tidy amenities. Also has a large drying room. Worth checking out.

IT WAS BEAUTIFUL STAYING HERE. THE ROOMS R CLEAN. BUT NEED MORE HEATERS OR ELECTRIC BLANKETS IN ROOMS FOR BUNK BEDS. MY CHILDREN WERE COLD INSPITE OF BLANKETS. WE HAVE TO TAKE OUR OWN TOWELS AND SHEETS AS THEY DON'T PROVIDE IT. BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS RENT IT FOR FEW XTRA $$. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY WITH SERENITY AND NATURAL BEAUTIES OF NATURE.
Was really keen to stay here as it looks beautiful so I called to ask about a site. The guy a spoke to was so rude, he was obviously not interested in my business and ended up hanging up on me. It's safe to say I will never be staying there. It's so unfortunate, hope he was just having a bad day and doesn't treat everyone like that.
