Fantastic organisation! They really looked after me first class. I was a bit sore the next day but I enjoyed myself immensely! I learnt a thing or two as well! I might send my kids along - they should know this stuff.

Paid $40 for orientation class. Was told to follow along and 'try to keep up'. If not for my training partner helping explain the techniques I would have been completely lost. Not the best option for a beginner.

I first walked into KMDI back in 2011 overweight and very unfit. Five years later and I've dropped the weight, built up my fitness along with my self confidence and have a love for Krav Maga and martial arts. Not only is KMDI fun, safe and inclusive, you learn some pretty cool skills that could potentially save your life. Try it!

Best training ever, can see results on body and mind within weeks, much better then go to the gym.
Effective self defence techniques, more useful then many other martial arts.

I've been training at KMDI for the past month and I'm absolutely loving it. Whilst working on fitness it's great learning new skills and being challenged class after class mentally and physically. Jarrad is a legend and awesome instructor! He consistently encourages and corrects technique whilst making the class challenging yet loads of fun. He's a fantastic motivator that has made me achieve moves I never thought I could do. I couldn't recommend this academy more. You learn life skills, improve fitness and become apart of a great community.
