Krav Maga is based on natural reactions to realistic threats, and our goal is to augment your natural reactions to make them both safer, and more tactically appropriate to getting out of dangerous situations.

Because of this, the techniques and tactics are quicker and easier to learn than most systems, and they'll stay with you longer.

We also deal with everything that happens before and after an incident, including awareness, avoidance, prevention, preemption, post-fight behaviour and dealing with post-traumatic stress.
