My car was sent here after a truck side swiped me. When I'd come to pick up the car the motor was making a knocking sound. They had driven the car to get a tyre replaced. The car was running fine when it went in and two weeks later the motor was blown and needed replacing. The people in the shop claimed no responsibility. Was not impressed.

This is the best smash shop in Penrith. Start to finish is very professional. Friendly team.

They provided exceptional service from beginning to end. I dropped the car off on a Monday and they told me it would be ready for the weekend and they would keep me up to date the whole way through. I received regular updates and I had my car back, good as new, in time for the weekend.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
