Pushups this morning before work 5a.m. 60 second rest between sets 16,16,18,20,20,20, Kata and kihon Seiken , Pinan Nidan, Kihon Kata, Pinan Shodan, Miko, Kumite Ichi, IT Took a whole 15 minutes with some sit ups,and it kick started my day so tell me you don't get time.I Call B.S.!!!!!!!!
