Congratulations to Ethan who competed in the AMAC NSW State Titles last weekend in Sydney. An outstanding effort with 1st in Sumo, 1st in Sword, 4th in Kata and 4th in Points Sparring. Ethan has now qualified for the AMAC Australian Titles later in the year. Well done!

Join us for an early morning zoo walk... Sunday 16th September 2018 Taronga Western Plains Zoo Walk departs at 7am so be there no later than 6.45am (gates open at 6.30am). Tomorrow is DRESS UP DAY! Help us fundraise for the Cancer Council's Relay for Life and come to class tomorrow dressed as something that is purple or yellow, for just a gold coin donation.

Awesome work to those who came and trained at the 3 hour basics session on Saturday. It was a tough training session but everyone put in 100%. Well done.
