Fanatic range of bikes, good prices, knowledgeable friendly staff. I will return. I was looking for a 16" bike for my 5 year old. All of the 4 other stores I checked only has 2 options/brands to choose. This store had about 5-6 I lost count. This is worth your time to visit what they have, no matter what bike or accessory you need. Two thumbs up

Good. Quick turn-around on service and repair. $ competitive. Hard to find a decent bike mechanic and the last three prior to here have been flicked. Would recommend.

Well some of their items maybe a bit expensive, though really how can a local bike shop compete with prices of a huge store like 99 bikes. But I travel from eastwood all the way to their shop just because Charlie is a genuine guy who is honest. And really what would you rather have? An honest owner/mechanic or just cheap stuff?

I recently went to Kuringai Cycles to fix a small puncture on my bike front wheel. I also bought a air pump from them. These guys are an absolute rip of as they charged me $10 extra for showing me how the pump works. My question is who would try to charge their customers for showing them how their product works especially when the customer is buying the product. On top of that both of them kept repeating the same thing that it is their labour cost. Very rude and unreasonable. Absolute rip off. I urge everyone to boycott Kuringai Cycles.

Helpful and quick with service. Not sure about pricing as I didn't have time to run around for price matching.

Knowledgeable and great service. Nothing too small and absolutely no price gouging. Never go anywhere else.

first of all : open 7 days a week. Second of all - their bike service is excellent. I had them work on my bike a few times and their work quality and customer service is second to none. Oddly enough they are also cheaper than other shops. I dont even bother ringing around for quotes anymore and just go there.

Both pedals broke on my son's bicycle and they insisted on not taking responsibility for selling unsafe goods. Will be making a complaint through ACCC to stop them from selling dangerous goods to the public.
Keep away for your kid's sake.
