Just FYI they don't open until 6:30am even though it says 6am. Some pastries are nice and I buy often, but their service is not always great. I stopped by just after 6am and asked if they are opening, one guy just said that the times on the internet are wrong and he already has to get up too early. It also says they work Sundays but they don't.

The chocolate cheesecake doesn't really taste like cheesecake, nor is there anything really chocolatey about it.
The brownie tastes like a cheap baked cake mix. Nothing Gooey, rich and brownie about it at all! Very disappointed. Expected alot more!
They should stick to just bread.

Wonderful agerman breads and pastries - the hot chocolates are a real treat

I feel the quality has slipped over the past couple of years. A number of occasions bread rolls and pastries weren't fresh.

Love this bakery and the girls working there. Definitely visit when you are in Sydney. Conveniently located inside Queen Victoria building, just coming straight out of Town Hall terminal!

Very tasty butter croissant . A first for chocolate cherry crumble dry but that's why I have coffee:)

The food is 4 star. Good bread and great prices. The staff are 2 star, quite abrupt and not very polite or helpful
