La Palma Pizza Cafe

Homemade authentic pasta, comfortable venue and friendly staff.

Pasta is amazing, but quite pricey. Also, the service is a little slow, but another than that it is an amazing cafe and I definitely recommend it.

Good food but despite being well staffed and charging an additional 12% for dining in, the service was very slow and quite poor. I had to call someone over to our table every time I needed anything. No drinks were offered however water was automatically provided so that was nice. This was one of those rare occasions where we didn't BYO, but that is allowed here. The paper table cloths didn't quite do it for me though.

The restaurant presents well and has good food but because of the issues already listed This is one of those places I recommend take away.

Took a very long time for food to come out, longer than normal, only 2 small pizzas and took an hour to come out, was cold but tasted nice.
Staff were okay.
Was shocked when I went to pay and was told it was $45 when the pizzas were $13.90 each. When I questioned it I was told it was a 12% table service surcharge, now I don't know if it's a new trend but 12% for table service is absolutely ridiculous!! This shop used to be amazing with the previous owners, my friends and I like to come here for a nice night out, now we will not be returning as we think it is an excessive amount to pay for basic table service. Wasn't special enough for the extra $17.
Extremely disappointed in the new management

The pizza & garlic bread were delicious & fresh. Staff were super nice here, the place is clean & elegant. prices very reasonable

terrible pizza, small size and pricey

Very disappointing, ordered a pasta with chicken, cost almost $20 and they used frozen chicken from a bag, super disappointing, it ruined the dish.
Also ordered a pizza, and it was terrible, Very similar quality to a frozen pizza.
Not overly happy with our meal. Sadly we won't be back

I don't ever really ever write reviews but I really like these pizzas so I just want to say please work on your customer service with take away customers - several times I awkwardly waited at the counter to be acknowledged by any staff even when making eye contact, or in one case standing right in front of the counter when someone was standing there and not acknowledged at all. If someone has just walked in and is waiting, it's not hard to say hello and someone will be with you shortly. But amazing pizzas and great service other than that!
