Ordered delivery, waited patiently. Food arrives and is missing the vegetables to the main meal!! We could not start dinner until the vegetables for my mums meal were delivered so by that time the food was cold. Offered nothing what's so ever to compensate a stone cold dinner.

Another problem was I ordered pizza crusts, was so excited to try pizza crusts and received a pizza instead? One would normally be very happy with that however I was really eager to try the herb and garlic pizza crusts.

My last issue was when ordering a spaghetti bolognese (menulog) I was not given the option to add any extras except for cheese. I added that I would like a small amount of chilli flakes in the pasta or in a side container in the customer comments seeing as I wasn't given the option. Instead of just adding the measly amount of chilli flakes, I received a call saying that they cannot give me any chilli flakes unless I pay $1 for it and that I should have selected it when ordering the spaghetti. Well I did explain that I wasn't given that option and I certainly won't pay another $1 on top of the $50 I was already giving you just for a pinch of chilli flakes- not even!

Food tasted nice even though it was cold due to errors made. However customer service was really disappointing this time around.

Pizzas are average but pastas are amazing. Did muck up my order once though. Staff are knowledgeable. Quick service.

Love this place, always a great experience and food is beautiful. Wait staff very attentive! Definitely will be returning, great place for a family Sunday dinner.

Great food and very busy most nights. Much loved by locals and a real gem in a suburban neighbourhood. Service is friendly, but could be faster. Can be noisy though.
