I am a man approaching my 50th year and experienced a strain of my lower back. I have had good success with Body Boost Bed treatments previously so ventured back for another treatment. I was offered a massage to release the ligaments which had tightened and were restricting me significantly. After 30 mins of BBB and 45 mins of Massage from Donna I felt 100% better than when I entered. I am booked in for another treatment next week which i am hoping will release muscle and ligaments totally. Thanks LAB, I appreciate your suggestion of the massage and the BBB technology.

I have been a client for approximately 9 years and always found that Lesley ensures her business is run professionally with the highest of hygiene standards and the latest and greatest equipment and treatments which she trials on herself so that what is offered really works!

Incredibly relaxing experience & the results are very noticeable after treatment. I've been trying to grow my eyebrows out for years so to be honest, was very nervous to have them waxed. Chloe completed the best wax & tint I've ever had & kept them looking very natural.
I have some acne scarring in which I tried an omnilux treatment... Donna completed this for me and my skin looks so smooth and hydrated now. Her facial & massage skills are perfection too. I was treated like an ansolute Queen here, thank you ladies 😘

As soon as I walked into the spa I felt like I was in for a treat! The spa looks absolutely gorgeous and the energy is wonderful. The owner was at the front desk and instantly made sure that I was okay and offered me coffee or tea. Within a few minutes, Chloe showed up with a very friendly attitude and started my treatment. I couldn't be more happier. She recommended what I needed with such professionalism and did such a fantastic job. I will definitely be back soon!

I've been a client for a few years and love my visits to L.A.B. My therapists have always been so lovely and the treatments are my 'time out' as well as making my skin look better and better as I get older. I'm writing this review partly to say sorry and partly to say thanks because I actually had a recent problem with my skin and was deeply upset about it. I got very angry with my therapist (even though she didn't do anything) and Lesley sat with me for over an hour, patiently calming me down and discussing how she and the team would help to fix the problem. Well, it's been only a couple of months and my skin now looks great. I just had a 20 year reunion with some uni friends and they all commented on how I haven't changed a bit. Thank you!!

I'm a long-standing client of L.A.B and have watched the business evolve from a beauty salon to a comprehensive medi-spa offering a carefully curated range of services with a professional and caring team. While there are certainly other salons with 'cheaper' services, value is not always defined by price point. Every visit leaves me feeling relaxed, pampered and treated as an individual, right down to the tailored facial that combines the best treatment to keep my skin looking healthy with my personal preference for some indulgent massage. I do genuinely recommend L.A.B for the services, products, environment and exceptional therapists.

For about the past 1.5 years I've been tolerable of issues at this salon such as another consultant being booked onto my appointments and not being told, turning up for appointments and not being booked in even though I received a confirmation SMS that week.
When giving this feedback to Lesley (owner), she gets defensive, doesn't take any ownership or accountability of mistakes made, let alone apologises for the errors. The very last issue of turning up for my appointment and not being booked in, I was waiting for her apology when she called me back and when no apology came, I said to her: "I'm just waiting for your apology." She responded: "apology?...well I'm sure the girls apologised at the time". I responded: "yes they did but I'm waiting for you to apologise" (given how many things have gone wrong for me there which I'd previously shared with her).
I've never been offered a refund on any of the appointments that have gone wrong, even when I asked for a partial refund she said: "we don't do refunds".
I have been a customer for 10 years and have spent a lot of money there but Lesley is incredibly arrogant and takes no accountability for errors. Nothing is her fault.
Lesley seems very sweet and calm but as soon as you challenge her, she gets defensive and shuts down.
Don't be fooled by the high lunches, champagne and her supposed calm persona; she will turn on you should you raise any concerns.
I'm done with her after this last episode and will not be putting any more money in her pocket. There are plenty of salons around and I will be finding another.
P.S. Be careful reading the reviews: she gets her daughter to write them (Katherine), she writes her own and gets her friends to post reviews.

This is the best Beauty Spa Clinic I've ever been to(and I've been to hundreds!). The staff made me feel so special. The treatment was amazing- I had a special treatment they do for redness, capillaries, lines and wrinkles. My therapist made me feel completely relaxed, she had an amazing touch, and I got instant results at amazing value. Massive reduction in capillaries, redness and wrinkles. They are like a one stop place! So whilst I was having serious skin concerns treated with their special technologies and treatments, my partner was relaxing with a massage! They just renovated and the surroundings are simply 5 Star divine. I was blown away by champagne and a high tea they gave us in their VIP room. The linen on their beds is actually clean(unlike most other salons), and it smelt beautiful. Everything about LAB SPA Clinic (formerly lady at bay) is faultless. I recommend them to anyone, male and female of any age!
