Great food, good service, all the Indian classics done just right. Good price, all we could eat (and a lot more) for around $55 a person. BYO with a bottle shop just around the corner. Buts what’s with the no splitting bills it is 2022 you know.

Great food!! The menu has so many options it’s amazing to read how many different things they can make you. Full of flavour and so yummy I recommend to everybody. Staff are happy to help with explaining different dishes and are very friendly. Great place if your looking for something different.

Great food and service

Serves tasty Paki-Indian food and good place to dine in but be aware that wait staff service slips in rush hours.

User

Really nice food and great service fantastic view of the Kitchen as you walk though the front door and just all-around amazing place

User

Ordered biriyani but received jasmine rice mixed with beef curry which didn’t even taste good. Not sure why such a high price for something not even biriyani. Will not waste money there again.

Excellent food and service. Reasonable prices too! Very authentic Pakistani food. Restaurant is always packed too, which tells you something!

There are not a lot of places to eat Indian in Sydney, so I was delighted when Lal Qila turned out to be great. Reasonable prices and delicious food. Note: this place is BYO only

User

Utterly disgusting experience! A family unfriendly place. In a crowded, overly noisy and tight space the management would be more concerned about your uncomfortable toddler than the fact you can't hear the people sitting next to you. A totally un-Australian attitude. Never thought of getting such a treatment in Australia. People with toddlers should better not vist the place. As an Australian you might not be used to such an insensitive behavior.

If you like great Indian food and service, go here. That simple. The waiter took an order of 14 items and delivered all of them as requested.. no notepad involved. Impressed by the service and the food is the best Indian I've had!

User

Really solid traditional style Pakistani restaurant. Not modern or flash, but an extensive menu and very reasonable prices for reliably good food. The style is similar to Indian but with some unique dishes that I haven't seen elsewhere. The naans are great and super fresh.

Went there on a weekday. The staff was rude. Ordered starter and we were served frozen item which was heated that too not very well. If we are to be served frozen items in our appetizers why do we go to a restaurant and pay 4 times the price for that thing. The appetizer was not fresh. Main course was ok, nothing that great. Overly hyped restaurant. Better Indian restaurants in the vicinity.

Superb experience of food. Really delicious.
Ambience was a bit loose and standard but food made me give it a 5 star.

We ordered two biryanis through ubereats, one chicken and one prawn. The rice was extremely spicy even not eatable in both of them. In chicken biryani , there was hardly any meat, just filled with small pieces of bones and in prawn biryani , there was only 5-6 prawns with alot of rice. Very disappointed.
