Disgusting. Half our order missing. Told wait another 90mins for redelivery for just the missing food, apparently we were suppose to eat our cold crap in front of 3 hungry kids - have kids? You know that can't be done. Whilst chasing driver and 15mins later, food bone cold - binned it. Refused to refund unless I scab it out - chef rude, driver rude. Foul attitude. Other choice was whole meal redelivered in 90mins but I still had to scab food and return the cold food. What the hell.. What kind of service is that! Just spent another $35 on McDonald's, missing almost $60 and the food from them. It's been almost 90mins and we'd STILL be waiting for redelivery! Pathetic treatment, worst by far.
