Throwback to summer nights building Browcademy. I am so proud to say that in less than one year, we have had over 90 students from all over Australia and globally too!
With ongoing support and constant research for various methods to give the best micorblafed brows, it is safe to say that we have been successful in creating one of the most UNIQUE Eyebrow Microblading courses out there! We are also so thankful for each and every student that has chosen ...us! For all future Browcadmey graduates, I cannot wait to meet and educate each and every one of you!

I just messaged you on instagram and you blocked me for being upfront and honest with you. I was a paying client who came to you for your services. Unfortunately, I wasn't treated very fairly by neither you or your staff. I payed $600 to have my eyebrows feathered and specifically requested for you to do them, instead I had one do your other staff members do them for me. I attended 2 appointments and had my eyebrows ruined rather than fixed. After repeatedly calling to talk to you and tell you my issue and schedule an appointment no one answered or returned my calls instead I was ignored. I then had a family friend call you and speak with you personally to which you said you would schedule and appointment for me in June this year however you have not attempted to call me at all to do so. Now after losing my money to poor service by you and your staff I have to pay more money to go somewhere else to have my eyebrows fixed. Instead of asking for my money back and having you compensate me I tried to be civil with you and tell you my issue to which you acted so immaturely by blocking me, a payed customer who didn't even get her money's worth.



Thank You for your poor service and bad attitude. I've also attached a photo of the damage your staff did to my eyebrows.
