I have called up twice and on both occasions the service was rude. I hope they play back some of the recorded conversations to address the staff that require customer service training.

I found Peter to be most helpful and pleasant to deal with. Curiously he did not agree with the negative reviews I was reading out to him. Anyway he was certainly easy to speak to.

Fabulous heritage building. Pity the staff are about the same age.A typical poorly run government department.

The helpdesk and the onsite concierge are total oxygen thieves. I wasted a day on their impenetrable website full of Government legal jargon and a trip into the city where the old bloke on the concierge desk gave me a completely wrong document and I had to go all the way back home for no purpose.
However, when I rang the phone number on the incorrect form the idiot gave me, I got through to one of their frontline staff who was knowledgeable and helpful.
So, go straight to them and don't waste any time talking to the other muppets!

When I had to deal with this office, I felt quite apprehensive as they are a govt entity. However, to my pleasant surprise, they were incredibly polite and extremely helpful.

Extremely rude service and phone manners, Expect an 80 year old woman to make her way 2 hour to Sydney to hand deliver paperwork after her husband has passed.
