I agree with everyone here. Land Rover's Customer Service and cars are both unreliable and horrible experiences. My 2013 V8 Sport was an absolute lemon. Went down the legal and consumer affair route and can't say a single positive thing about Land Rover Australia. In short, along with the long list on troubles the car had, the deployable side steps struck down my pregnant partner and caused issues with pregnancy. Lucky our Bub was born healthy and relatively problem free. Went to the press, and everything got swept under the carpet. Land Rover wasn't willing to do anything. Not replace, extend warranty or even help in any sort of way. 3 months after I sell the car, they knowingly acknowledged fixes for the problems to the car and had service advisories... Sorry, poor form. DO NOT BUY RANGE ROVERS!

Our Discovery 4 broke down brand new, just 6km from the showroom floor. We had to risk our lives directing B Double trucks around us on James Ruse Dr, Pennant Hills Rd offramp. Major fault required new gearbox (ridiculous for a brand new car) Landrover insisted on fixing rather than replacing vehicle. New gearbox at 6km. Continuing oil leaks from same area mean that gearbox has now been removed twice more yet oil leaks continue. We have had steering arm problems (safety issue), and now have a major vibration when driving on the motorway. Car sits idle in the driveway, unable to be used. I have to drive my wife's car to work and this lemon can only be used for short local trips. Landrover are pathetic when it comes to customer service. Central Coast Landrover won't even book the car in for repair, whilst Head Office insists it will all be fixed under 'warranty'. DO NOT EVER BUY A LANDROVER!!!!!

My discovery 4 has an engineering fault which appears to be well known. Land rover said it was normal but it isn't. They would do nothing about it . I got it fixed by people who know {not land rover}

Land Rover ONELIFE magazine arrived with Peter Debus name. I didn't know that my name was changed by Land Rover.
