Lander Mitsubishi Blacktown

I recently bought my brand new Mitsubishi Lancer Black Edition last week and I was very pleased with the service Lander Mitsubishi Blacktown had provided me. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly, always giving their very best in making sure I receive the best purchasing experience. A special thanks to Michael, Brandon, Con and the other staffs involved in making my very first vehicle purchasing an enjoyable and unforgettable one!

I purchased my brand new Outlander from Brandon and Con at Mitsubishi Blacktown and the service I received from them was nothing short of brilliant! From the beginning I saw flaws in my car after every service but I just tried to put it to the back of my mind. My stereo volume at level 20 was completely different after the first service - the sound level was much lower. My friend, who is deaf was the first to point this out.

The car sounds completely different after its 100000 km service. It still runs, but the engine is louder and performs slower. And the service costs are all over the place with no warning. I had my 115k km service recently and it cost nearly a grand, I walked in expecting a $250 bill. This is all for a small Mitsubishi Mirage.

Scratches, dents and marks are added to the car after every service. I used to take good care of my car but after noticing all the marks after services at their service centre at prospect, I gave up. It's literally as though they are taking the new parts off and replacing it with older faulty parts. After the first service there were marks on the INSIDE of the glass where the speedometer is.

The amount of times I have had to return after their services to have them put parts in place after they have come away after having my car serviced is unbelievable. The black lining around the doors and boots. Coverings on the interior and bolts around the chairs. Why do they need to touch these areas when they're supposed to be servicing the engine???

This is western sydney quality service at its finest - charge you full price for a dodgy service.

Also when I first bought my car, I had approval for a car loan with my bank for 5.87%. The car salesman said don't worry I'll set you up with a better plan with flexibility. His finance was ten point something percent. Do not trust the sales team, they earn commission from the big numbers. I was young and naive when I bought this car. I really thought he was trying to help. I learnt my lesson. Don't make the same mistake!!

I just bought myself a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer ES Sport. From the moment i walked into the dealership to the day i picked up my car, Every team member was looking to make my experience the best it can be. Mitchell was the sales representative who helped me purchase my new car. I had been to another dealer earlier in the day and was looking for a great deal. I can't thank Mitchell enough for his honesty! The car looked beautiful when i came in to pick it up!

Happy to give John and Don a wrap. We got a nice car plus they were happy to do a deal on our trade and were courteous and attentive. Had done quite a bit of homework so we knew our selected car was well priced and we knew the approximate value of our trade.
Would like to think that as clients we too were courteous and understanding that everybody has to make a dollar.
Get the impression that some negative reviews of car dealers are based on the purchaser having no understanding of the commercial process and have highly overrated opinion of their trade or the value of the car they are buying.

Awesome customer experience ! I visited lots of showrooms to buy my first SUV but I found no one like Brandon !!
He explained every little details about the car in the showroom and while on test drive. Provided the support over the phone and went beyond his duties to deliver the car on weekends to suit my need.
