Bought a Nissan. Got a good deal.

Adryen and the team are FANTASIC. Went in for just a look and came out with a brand new car. The team are honest, give you space to think & very thorough with explanations withouth the normal car salesman waffle. In love with my new Nissan Qashqai Ti

Nissan Australia agree to help but this dealer refuse to change airbag. VERY BAD, never go there!

Bought a Toyota Corolla Ascent yesterday. Got the car for good price but the problem started when wanted to finance $7500 from them. So I suppose to borrow $7500 for two years for 8% intres which they agreed before we finalize the price of the car. The guy who was dealing the finance called me next day and said, he can organize the fence on 8% for 3 years term, for two years I have to give 9%. I wasn't happy about his game that all of a sudden he started to play with me even then I couldn't bother to make fuss about it so I told him, okay I'll give 9% internet for 2 years term. He called me back next day and informed me that the loan is approved and I can pick the car Friday. So I went Blacktown by catching train from Wollongong which took me almost two hours. After reaching the place he gave me the papers to sign. I have signed the necessary papers and when asked him about loan repayment and intrest rate, he wanted to get away by saying, oh you only pay this much intrest in two years. I asked him to show me the papers. When I saw the finance paper, I was like why I am borrowing 8669 instead of 7500? He said $1169 for processing loan and fees. I was like are you serious, $1169 frees to borrow $7500? He said you don't expect me to work free, I said well that's why I am paying intrest. I refused to take finance and walked a way, it took me another two hours to come back to Wollongong with my car. Next week I borrowed the miney from bank and cost me $130 and I can pay off that loan anytime. That guy is dishonest and got big attitude. Won't recommend this finance guy but the manager was very helpful.

Very bad customer service. Impatient & Arrogant staff. Refused to let us test drive the car until we agree on a price. Do not buy from them.

The staff all were really friendly and nice.we felt really welcomed. Ben was really helpful. His product knowledge was really good. We were there during the sale so we got our x trail for a good bargain. Overrall it was a great experience.

Lander nissan is very good and we are very much satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend this place. Especially Mr.Derek , who was very patient and understanding. Helped in all our queries and gave us space to think. This is our first car NISSAN QASHQAI in aussie and am very much happy with the deal. Moreover Derek and Adam eased everything for us. Thanks guys !!!
