BEWARE... if your Corolla has a recall and you take it to Lander Blacktown they will try and extort money from you. After dropping off your car you will receive a phone call telling you their is a problem with your car. Don’t panic though they will be having a special on that problem and offer a discount. My “throttle body was dirty” and could be cleaned for the bargain price of $239! I had my car serviced from a reliable mechanic a week ago! I know personally two other people who had their cars in for recall today one had a dirty fuel tanked which could be cleaned for $115 and the other had low brake fluid which they kindly offered to top up for $150! (They had also recently had their car serviced)! Whilst picking up my car I overheard that the poor gullible lady at the counter next to me had her airbag replaced and they found her air filters needed cleaning so she kindly paid $216 for that! Lander Toyota I’m disgusted and insulted by your behaviour!

Shopped around a few major Toyota dealers. The service was pathetic. Just a call to Lander made me feel welcomed and treated me and family well and it was a done deal right from the time I spoke to them over the phone and then it was just a matter of getting the best deal which was finalised on the day and they looked after the rest.
I assumed that all car dealers are cheeky unless I came across Lander. Would recommend them to everyone.

Came here with my kids to get the car serviced. This place has little to no consideration for families with children. The only child friendly area is a small corner right at the back behind the parado that consists of a table and chairs with one colouring book and a few colouring pencils. If you were to take your kids there you are forced to stand up or sit on the floor. The waiting bays around the building have nothing to entertain the kids whatsoever. They offered to take us to the local shops in the small van. I asked if they had 2 booster seats, the guy went in to get the key for the other car to get the booster seat out but came back and asked how old my children were. One is 4 turning 5 in a few months, the other is turning 4 very soon. He already sits on a booster seat because he is a big child and his shoulders pass the minimum line on the booster seat. The guy refused to take us because according to him, kids have to be over 4.5yrs to sit on a booster seat. According to him, me being the mother of 2 kids, does not know the laws associated with child restraints, mind you, I have asked the police about child restraints including my friend who is a police officer + i have done extra research so that I do do the right thing and I have been given the all clear until this dude thinks I am an uneducated mother who has no idea about child restraints.
We ended up staying in the uncomfortable waiting bay that was in the service area with 2 kids for hours until our car was finished.

Great experience - sales reps were very friendly. A big thank you to Chris from finance who was extremely helpful and made the process very smooth. Super professional and would recommend chris and the team to anyone looking for a new car.

Car vent smell unable to be fixed with 2 services still within the Manufacturer's warranty period.
Asked them to look at twig that fell inside the window crack of the driver's seat not looked at. Now my car window makes a noise when I am on bumpy ground.

Toyota may be reliable but I will not be buying one ever again.

I bought a Kluger from Lander Toyota. Absolutely pleasant experience. Staff here are very experienced and friendly. Eddie, Steven and Danny are nice and helpful. The sale manger Claude is professional and patient. I got a good price compare to other dealer's offer. Highly recommend, I would refer my friends if they want a Toyota.

Jason Low is one of the best service people I have ever had work on my car.

He is always professional and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to everything concerning my Toyota 86. If there is a problem he takes the time to explain it to me using jargon that I understand so that I can make an informed decision.

Jason is always punctual and my car is almost always ready before the time he gives me to pick it up and if it is going to be late he is courteous enough to give me a call and keep me up to date on the progress.

Jason is an integral member of the Lander Toyota team! If I could give a higher rating, I would.

Before going there i rang up and ended up speaking with tailor. She was such a sweet person she listen to my requirement and advised me how to go about it. She also attended me when i reached there. Loved the customer service provided.

I spoke to Frank in Melbourne he was fantastic not just answering my questions but he accelerated my recall repairs. This guy went over and above his managers need to recognise his contributions to the overall Toyota image. This is not an exaggeration rather a truthful account.
