Langes Mma

Love this club. Very friendly and respectful atmosphere for men and women. Husband and wife team, Anthony and Nikki Lange are a wealth of experience. Nikki is extremely welcoming and encouraging for any females who are hesitant to join a martial arts club. It can be intimidating walking into a male dominated sport, however the men at this gym are respectful and helpful. A good mix of stand up and grappling martial arts classes.

Along with Anthony's extensive knowledge, in brazilian jiu jitsu there is also a large amount of experience across all higher belts, blue, purple, brown and a high amount of black belts. Since I started, my mental and physical confidence has gone through the roof. Go Lange's ;) Esther and Karl

Anthony Lange is a third degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a former professional MMA fighter. He's done it all and teaches it all very well, as do all the instructors at Langes MMA. Great instruction, focused training, friendly and supportive atmosphere for kids, teens, adults young and old of both genders, near the beach ... what more could you ask for?
