Very professional team ready to help you with anything.
Do not purchase from here. Not professional and very dodgy. Had a part inspected and left screws missing and didn’t screw back down properly and refused to cover under warranty and tried to overcharge to fix it. Terrible customer service aswell

I had a very professional visit, service was on time, dealer rung to say car was finished and my salesman, Fred, gave me a car to go to yum cha. So far, cannot rate this dealer high enough. Fred is a really good salesman.
I won't be back after their latest stunt. And I will get rid of my Holden car as quickly as possible and never own one again.
Took my car in for a general service, was told there were major issues with the car, one of them being a $1500 oil leak. Wouldn't explain it in layman's terms, and were very pushy.
Thankfully I had the sense to take it elsewhere this time, and found out there's no oil issue with the car, especially one amounting to $1500.
Shame on you Holden, for trying to take advantage of those without car/mechanics knowledge.
Not happy. Bought brand new 5 weeks ago. 1 month scheduled service booked in for a saturday. Had a few issues, was told had to be booked in during a week day. Inconvience.
I had to then borrow the loan car. Very dirty and covered in some sort of animal hair. Upon return to pick up my car the next day. Was told about the repairs done under warrany and then asked to pay $30 for the filthy courtesy car. I dont care about the $30 it is the principle. Customer Service.
Bought a used car from here. I was extremely happy with the service they provided to me such as bringing the car to my office for inspection and picked me from station to their showroom for settlement. Then other goodies with warranty, free roadside assistance, free cosmetic repair cover etc.
Bought a car 2 years ago from here, the staff are always friendly, they're not pushy with sales, but they do give some pretty good advice. No obligation to do finance, and you can chat to their financial adviser on what you need to do to get to a certain point.
What they do need to work on is looking at their used cars page online, as apparently the prices on there change without notification, and the salesmen offer higher prices, without knowing of further reductions.
Took my car in for service they were excellent
Just purchased a used late model commodore. Salesman were quick to do a deal. After driving the car home checked out all the gadgets etc. Checked the full tyre spare and looked flat, pulled the spare out to find the spare was flat and and tyre was shredded. Took the tyre to a local tyre shop and the spare had a nail in it and was driven for some time and the rim had shredded the tyre. Did not bother calling the dealer as I dont have the time to go back there. So much for the 110 point safety check, I guess i have myself to blame for not doing a thorough inspection, given you put faith in the dealer to do the right thing.
Happy with my car and service. No complaints yet
