The entire process from my first email, the prompt response and the welcome vibe I received during all my interactions to collecting the engagement (and wedding) rings was just wonderful. Jessica my jeweller was approachable, professional, talented and always available when I had any questions.
I had a custom engagement ring made for my partner and she guided me through all the processes. From the drawings, the engravings and the cost. I then returned to have my own wedding band made.

I bought an engagement ring from Larsen recently. I went in with a goal to design a ring from scratch with some very basic ideas behind me. Jessica's attention to detail, willingness to help and educate someone with very little knowledge (me) was exceptional and I can't thank her enough. We've had a fantastic experience with Larsen Jewellery. I initially found my way there looking for a gem stone (sapphire) for an engagement ring, and I wasn't disappointed. I met Jessica and she patiently guided me through all the details I didn't know. Had a terrific experience designing a diamond engagement ring at Larsen Jewellery. Our jeweller, Christopher Larkins, did a fantastic job helping to select the right diamond and the right setting, and the turnaround time to make the ring (only around 4 weeks) and to re-size (less than one week) was much quicker than I thought it would be. I'd recommend Larsen Jewellery to any bloke looking to design the perfect ring for his bride-to-be!
