Laser Clinics Australia - Parramatta Cbd

Obviously not my real name but I had a terrible experience with one of the receptionists here when I walked in. When I had last come in a yr ago I had booked an appt for myself as well as my little sister. This time was just for me and upon calling, they asked me if my name was so and so - my sisters name. I said no and corrected them with my name, thinking this was an understandable mix up. The next day my sister asks me if I booked her an appointment as she had received a confirmation booking from them, which confused me further. So when I showed up to my appointment and they asked my name I told them to check my sisters first, and when they couldnt find anything, which was normal, the blonde girl at the end of the table drawls in a overly loud and rude voice "WHATS YOUR NAMMEEEE." She made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome and I felt instantly profiled to not be able to speak english because of my appearance, which, yknow, was CLEARLY the cause of all the confusions.
Anyway I will never be going here again. You were mighty helpful, blonde receptionist. I will not be recommending this place to my friends and a few of them even said they stopped coming here because of a rude woman ruining the rest of the teams reputation. And guess what they replied with when I asked if she was had blonde hair?
Needs to learn how to speak to customers in a friendly welcoming way. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Chloe gave a very friendly and good service. She knew exactly what was required for my skin tone. I would definitely be returning back for my treatments in future. A place I can trust.

I went to the clinic today after not being back for treatments for a long time. I got half legs/braz/underarms done in all under 30 minutes. Georgia was really nice and made me feel comfortable and calm down. Its not your everyday activity but it was easy and barely hurt - even after not going for so long. Highly reccomend this clinic :)

The girls at Laser Clinics Parramatta are really helpful and friendly. And the results are outstanding, should have gone years ago! The team are really accommodating as well if you need to change appointments. I am really really pleased with my experience and would recommend to anyone.

I had a laser vascular lesion removal session twice and the results were very impressive not to mention the service from Shanna was absolutely amazing she made both my sessions very comfortable and easy.

I have been going to Laser Clinic Australia in Smiths street Parramatta for years now. The service is fantastic. I had laser hair removal treatments as well as injections and skin treatments. They are all brilliant and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Laser treatment was fast and worked really well. I felt comfortable and relaxed with the clinician and she was very knowledgable.

I've been here a few times for laser, girls are polite and very cooperative. So far an all in all good experience.
