Lovely staff. Only used laser hair removal so far it's been great. Prices are on their website with specials on most of the time. Very efficient and clean.

Such a bad customer service i have ever had...csr was just keep on saying that u r the only customer who has the problem to book an appointment over the phone.coz they nevr picked the phone up...after 3 days of calling i drove to the clinic and thn i was ringing the phone infront of that csr but no sound was there.becoz they put it on silent.when i said its on silent she said u cant hear but us girls can hear the ring.can u imagine i can hear her voice when i was standing ryt infront of her but not the phone ring which was just in the middle of us..clear case of calling the customer deaf and fool.terrible!!!!!
I had to drive to the store after 3 days to book the app.and guess what! i nvr got any appointment.
Pathetic...customer service ever.

I've been over charged big time at this place! Definitely not happy they need to reconsider their prices because it's certainly not worth it.

Nicole is very nice and informative also treatment I had was well done she answered all my questions.
Spoke to Millie for advise on treatment and she was also helpful and informative.
