Laser Clinics Australia - Sydney Cbd (George St)

Beautiful clinic and lovely staff!

My "consult" appointment was a sales pitch delivered by an inexperienced girl who's task was to memorize a spiel and upsell whatever treatment was on sale than actually discuss my individual needs. I did not go back as no care or time was taken for me personally.

It should be noted that to access this Laser clinics you must enter through Jamison Street (literally 3 meters on the left, past the building listed) as you can not access mezzanine level from inside the main building (261 George Street) and its a little bit awkward when you walk into an accounting firm rather than to your appointment :)

Admittedly, I felt the 'nurse' / injector here was not as skilled as others I've completed fillers with. She seemed disinterested and I felt she just wanted to quickly inject me with juverdem and have me on my way as quickly as possible. Will not be recommending or referring my friends to have fillers at pitt st.

I just had my first treatment at the Pitt St clinic and could not recommend them highly enough. Maria was very informative and an amazing technician! I left already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently had an issue with this clinic and I wrote a complaint, almost instantly I had the owner of this clinic contacting me about my concern, which I thought it was amazing that some cares. I have been visiting this clinic for years and I am very pleased with the level of service, professionalism and care for their customers. I was really touched and happy that I was not just a number but a person and that made me fell they care, which now a days is very hard to find.
I will highly recommend anyone to visit this clinic as they will look after all your beauty needs. I have had laser done in a few areas and I find it amazing, I love it!!

I've been here on multiple occasions for multiple treatments and I've always been super happy with the results. No complaints and it's 4 years later! Great value for money and the staff are very professional. Will happily keep coming.
