Dean From laser plumbing has done an excellent job, he installed my dishwasher, gas cook top, sink and mixer. He was professional and completed the the job to a very high standard. I’m getting them back to complete my bathroom Reno’s.

In the middle of preparing for exams I discovered raw sewage in my courtyard. Never a good thing to discover but awful timing. I phoned Laser Plumbing sometime around 3pm and someone had come and fixed the problem by 5pm! Amazing. And Daniel the plumber was incredibly polite and helpful as was the lovely woman who answered the phone (sorry I can't remember the name). Thanks for making a potential huge headache just a minor twinge Laser Plumbing.

I had a major plumbing emergency late in the day 5pm and called Laser as we have used the company Landmark previously.
Daniel and Daryl turned up in 20 mins and addressed what could have been a serious problem with a commercial grease trap in a basement.
The lads were polite courteous and fixed the issue quickly providing sound knowledge of the fault and cause, that's peace of mind.

Initially, I had some other plumbers out to investigate my drainage issues and clean out my main sewer line. Only 5 weeks later it was completely blocked again. I called Laser and they sent Darryl out to investigate. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified that large tree roots were the cause and even though they were giving him a lot of grief, he persisted and managed to completely clear out the severely blocked sewer line where the other companies had failed miserably. He used the same sized cutter as drain diameter, to ensure it was completely clear all the way to the main pit in the street (which the others didn't do) and he even took the time to clean out all the various little drains on my property just to ensure everything was clear and flowing freely. Going above and beyond to make sure the job is done properly the first time around, isn’t a trait you see very often these days - so thanks guys!

Initially I got a quote on renewing a hot water system. Jason was punctual, friendly and polite. Later I realised that I could reset the thermostat rather than replacing the whole system. Laser were happy to go with this cheaper option for me. Daniel rang at appointment time to say he would be 15 minutes late due to traffic, duly arrived 15 minutes later and fixed the thermostat, and was equally courteous and efficient. I will definitely purchase my new system when this one dies from Laser and highly recommend their professional and friendly service.

Not good at all. My tap was leaking. They came and changed a small part.Then told me it might not last long. I didn't know what the problem was. At that time since it stopped leaking. I thought it was ok. Just few days later it started again. I realized the whole tap was too old and needed to be replaced. But they should be experts on this. If they suggested me earlier i would be happy to change the whole thing other than have someone else coming again to do the job.I didn't save anyway by just changing the small bit. Also the leaking toilet wasn't last long either. I dont know how they made it stop leaking at that time. they didn't bother to change the needed parts which was done by another plumber I called later. Gives me a feeling they didn't want to complete the job once. I was charge almost $500 for this...maximum 2hours' job

It was so good that they were able to replace my old hot water system on the same day as I called. Also a quote over the phone in a few minutes and I gave them the job. I was able to have a hot shower that evening..

Great same day services, great customer service when booking in a job, great customer services from the repairer. I would highly recommend them for any gas work.
Very helpful staff and they were happy to help and understand that you don't have all day to wait for a repair person.
When the contractor was on site he took his shoes off before coming into the house before I even asked very professional services.
