Latin Cardio Description

Latin Cardio™ takes the best parts of aerobic exercise and combines them with simple dance steps anyone can do! The result is a fantastic full body work out that builds fitness, helps you lose weight and gets you looking trim, toned and in shape.

Every Latin Cardio™ class begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down. Latin dances are set to great music, carefully chosen to catch you in a rhythmic beat that keeps you moving and inspired. For each Latin dance, the basic step is used as the foundation of movement. Variations in footwork and arms are built in to maximize the workout and make this a true dance class. Different muscle groups are targeted with each variation, resulting in a complete body work out. Dances used include Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Rumba, Swing /Jive, Rock & Roll, Merengue, Brazilian Samba & Twist.
