Growing up was all about getting together with our family and friends and enjoying grilled food on a traditional open fire barbeque. For us, this has been a way of life for as long as we can remember. Latino's Grill was born out of the idea of introducing the Latin style barbecue to the great outdoor lifestyle in Australia.

In Australia people get our passion, our love of good food and family and friends, and enjoy spending time on the things that really matter in life. Our aim is to share with all of you the same Latin culinary experience that we have grown up with. The specially chosen cuts of meat, combined with sauces that have been passed down to us through generations, provide a glimpse into our culture that we are proud to share.

The barbeque (churrasco) is not just the delicious food, or even the process of cooking it. It is the combination of all the aspects which bring people together to share and enjoy the churrasco experience.
