Lattouf Hair Spa & Day Spa (Permanently Closed)

THEY DON'T LISTEN !!!
My first appointment was ok - I went to Lattouf two weeks ago needing my dark brown hair lightened. They put foils in on the right side of my hair and then only did the left side after a 40min wait which was irritating. But in the end I was just happy my hair had actually lightened up. So I figured I'd try them again. BIG MISTAKE!
I went to Lattouf yesterday wanting a couple of sparse natural blonde highlights, while keeping my ash tone and light brown base colour.
Firstly, after a 5 min consultation they made me wait for 1 hour before anyone talked to me again. Finally my stylist comes back and starts the consultation again. I had brought in a photo of what I wanted and started explaining again that I only wanted a few subtle blonde highlights, all ash tones and keeping my base colour. SHE DID NOT LISTEN AT ALL !
What I ended up with was random foils (I had one giant blonde streak behind my left ear- what the ???), and almost all of my hair was a gross bleached yellow colour.
I said to my stylist that it was really yellow and I didn't like it. She said "no it's not, it's just these lights". I said I didn't like it 2 more times and both times she didn't answer me. Finally she said "Give it two weeks, you might end up liking it. And if you don't just come back and book yourself in for some toner".
So overall I paid around $700 at this salon and left feeling like I needed to invest in some wigs and big hats!
In fact I spend today going to a different hairdresser in Burwood. In fact as soon as I walked through the door the lady at the counter said "toner?" before I even said a word :).
So to sum up: DO NOT GO TO LATTOUF !!!
They will take your money, not listen to you and show absolutely not regard for whether you are satisfied or not!
You'd be better of gambling - you'd have a chance of winning and it would be more fun too !!!

Today I had my first visit to Lattouf Parramatta - my first and last! Firstly I called to make a 9am appointment for a cut and massage but received a VM last night saying they were going to move this back 2 hours - No problem. I turned up on time the following day and had my hair cut but then was told that the masseuse was not expected for another half hour and was OK to wait - No problem. After half an hour of waiting I was then told that she still had not turned up and that I would have to come back later in the afternoon - No problem. So I killed a couple of hours on my day off to return later in the afternoon. On attending the second time that day I was told that the masseuse still had not turned up and that someone was going to call to let me know but they had been too busy then just shrugged their shoulders at me. Now I have a problem. What should have been a relaxing treat on my day off turned into a very frustrating waste of time.
