My child is scared of cats and I am allergic to cats as well. When my child was frightened by the cat inside and could not help screaming, the owner Steve did not want to put the cat outside, instead he asked my child to keep quiet!!! We paid you for our accommodation, not for being scared all the time when staying there.

In addition, the room during night was very cold with the air conditioner on, we woke up a couple of times by the cold.
