This business is terrible.

I've been twice in four years (out of necessity the second time) and both experiences involved a bizarre mix of rudeness, poor organisation (on both occasions they wouldn't give a ticket when dropping off and then debated whether I'd actually dropped anything off when I went to pick up), and very low quality (shirts that looked barely ironed).

I'm actually amazed they're still in business given the second time I went there another customer was having the same issues.

Worst dry cleaners ever! Destroyed a once worn Hugo Boss suit. They claimed it "not from dry cleaning", "must be old suit", when I said it was brand new she told me to "bring back to shop".
Will never, ever use these guys again.
Shop used to be good, gone seriously downhill.

Tried twice. First Ladies jacket was actually ruined (leather collar trench) and the second jacket for a dry clean came back still smelling like it hadn't been cleaned.

I will never use this company again. The owner / manager of the place charged me twice for tailoring some pants and would not refund the overpayment when I produced the receipt. She (ironically) accused me of dishonesty. The combination of poor customer service and expensive prices means I will go elsewhere in future.

$160 for 13kg of laundry wash and fold.. I'm lost for words! Never again. My local round the corner does the same load for under $40. Daylight robbery, and they don't even wear a mask!

I have been getting our dry-cleaning done here for over ten years. They provide a really quick efficient service and staff are really friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I take all our designer clothes to be cleaned and they always come back in a immaculate condition. One if the things like about this dry cleaners is that I can drive in to drop of my clothes off and never have search for a park. AAA+

I started using this place when i was living in Bondi. The quality was above all else in the area. I've actually now moved to Kings Cross and still travel all the way to Rose Bay to get these guys to do my dry cleaning. Most of my friends laugh at this and don't understand, though the quality is beyond standard.
As well as that is the amazing customer service, after 2 x visits, all the staff knew me by 1st name and i had confidence i wouldn't need my ticket anymore.

Great service and friendly staff! The shirt service & dry cleaning is fantastic - couldn't live without it! Quick turnarounds. Love the text notifications when my stuff is ready to pick up. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Did not deliver on time and also didn't return the suit bag that I brought it to them in. Would not recommend this place.

This establishment is a large commercial dry cleaner which is where their focus seems to be, rather than on individual retail clients

The weirdest, waste of time customer service experience of my life. Was dealing with possibly the dumbest person I have ever met in my life.

Lawrence's Waterloo is cheap because they don't know how to treat clothes. The reality is they are the only dry cleaner close to home which forced me to use them until now.

Most business shirt orders I had to ask them to re-press, as I would pick up my shirts with large creases on the front. It's not hard to see why - they only do the top button, causing the rest of the shirt front to flay open and then crease when they are stacked against other shirts while hanging. I have heard every excuse: "we don't do a second button", "it was pressed before you picked it up" (so what?), to the classic "you're the only one who makes this complaint" (as if I was delirious). They even had the gall to upsell me to dry cleaning my shirts so they get "individual attention"!!

The final straw was when I came home and discovered TWO shirts came back with tears (one in the armpit, another on the back), and a suit jacket sleeve was pressed so roughly that it tore at the crease. They never mentioned a thing - which tells me either they never paid enough attention to see the damage, or they did see and didn't want to own up to it. Either way, poor form.

Yes they have a convenient driveway and price is OK, until you factor in your time, frustration and the replacement cost of all the items they will ruin.

Horrible service. They ruined my dress. They used harsh chemicals which changed the color of the dress. $480 dress in the garbage. No efforts to solve the problem they just ignored it saying "it was like this when you dropped it off!" good one. Wasted my time and my money.

Been using them for many years and just recently had a shirt come back damaged - to the point it was a throw away. It's not a major problem but I was annoyed they didn't accept any fault at all - saying I put it in like that.

After that I've never returned and found a far better app service. Now I realise I've been paying too much for too long.

Staff were very polite and friendly but I believe my suit wasn't even cleaned or touched when I collected it 2 days later, meaning I had to try find another dry cleaners at short notice on a Sunday (unsuccessful) !! Plus they lost an item that went with my garment and was offered nothing .... I personally will be looking to go elsewhere for sure

Ruined my dress and made it a huge deal to resolve the issue.
They owe me $450 for a great Reiss dress I'll never get again

Worst customer service I have encountered at a dry cleaners. Old lady behind counter and younger asian girl were both exceptionally rude. I rang to confirm price and turnaround to get something dry-cleaned but when I went in, was told I was given wrong information. It was only when I asked for the name and contact details of the owner that they all of a sudden came up with a solution. I still submitted my complaint but doubt much will change. Entrenched culture of contempt for customers.

I had my suit dry cleaned here and I don't check it afterwards but today I used my suit and saw my shirt was burnt! Thanks for not telling me about it,never be back

Worst place! Charged me $99 for 6 items which i was happy to pay. Dropped of on Tuesday for pick up on friday. I went today (saturday) only to be told i can only pick up 3 items as the rest wont be finished until monday! I asked well why wasnt i advised, response i received was "i dont know". I picked up the 3 items and noticed once i put it in the car that my beige coat belt has 3 black spots on it which wasnt there before and a little red mark at the bottom of the coat! Never going there again! Ive also been advised that there is nothibg they can do and they never take responsibility!

Great experience, great customer service. Had two camilla dresses altered and a third business dress altered and they did a fantastic job and they were fast. Would definitely use again

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I am currently forwarding my complaint to fair trading. They ruined my wedding dress. You don't even know who's the owner they pass the fault around. No one speaks English but the Asian staff member actually told me that THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS. LOL and they will get back to you when they feeling ok she said. Lolllll. Wowwww. They ruined a Norma bridal couture dress that wasn't that dirty by ruining the Swarovski crystals. The dress was $5,500 and the veil is now yellow. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE CRAZY. The owner offered to sew on SPOTLIGHT CRYSTALS TK REPLACE my Swarovski ones. She also only offered $60 refund when I paid $460. It's taken nearly a year to get this resolved. But I will be going ALL THE WAY WITH IT!!!! You cannot ruin a wedding dress and offer someone a crappy outcome. I also contacted the dry cleaners association. This place is a joke. They highlight that they SPECIALISE in wedding gowns and try to say when they can't remove the stains at the bottom that there's NO GUARANTEE THEY SAID. where does it state that? No one tells you that when they take your money??? I said you sure you can remove it without damaging???? She was like of course we are experts. Lollll offered me SPOTLIGHT $2 crystals to sew them back on. Let's see now that you wanna mess with people's lives!!! That's MY ONCE IN A LIFETIME WEDDING DRESS not something from Supre!

Terrible service. Damaged expensive italian fur coat. Dirty silk skirt. Worst dry cleaner ever. Overcharging. Owner screamed over the phone rudely refusing to make amend or help with unhappy customer. Never again.

So expensive and it's absolutely rubbish. 4 garments of business suits cost more than $58 dollars whereas the one near the Ritz hotel in Hurstville which provides same day service for only $24 dollars and it's very clean. I won't be going to the Lawrence dry clean anymore.
