very rude, about dry clean, the lady could not even guarantee to get rid of food stain, about alteration,she damaged my pants... I cannot believe I had been there twice.

Staff Vivian was amazingly helpful even though I was running late, she was really understanding. Amazing service, will use again!

Rude and came back dirty and with stain on it. Advised when I found the stain and came back to her and said it was me!!! Spent nearly $200 and was treated so badly. Never never take your clothes to this place!

Worst Customer Experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! Your staff called Nahid ended up overcharging me when I came to pick up my jacket/pants by printing an extra invoice and demanding payment by saying that I did not pay for my items, when I already paid for everything. Didn't bother talking to me, looked away and ignored me while I was trying to talk to her and even decided to walk back to her chair and take a seat and swore under her breath. I ended up paying the extra amount, and am very disappointed with her actions. Wish I saw all these negative reviews online before doing dry cleaning with these guys- they seem to have a long history/list of unhappy customers. Never again.

This is the worst customer service I have EVER received. I took a doona and underlay to Lawrence Dry Cleaners and they were returned to me filthy and smelling appallingly of dust and damp! After having to take it to be drycleaned again at another dry cleaner (who agreed that Lawrence had done nothing to clean the items at all), I called the Lawrence head office, who accused me of being 'a random who calls up to complain, but someone has to cop it' and told me to take my complaint back to the branch. I finally got somewhere when I emailed my complaint through to head office, with customer service telling me that they had investigated and a store manager would call me to resolve. After no phone call, I returned to Chatswood Chase to confront them about the error. After making numerous excuses, they finally told me that they couldn't possibly make it smell if it was only there for one day (they had promised same day turn around). The woman in store wouldn't make eye contact with me at all the whole time I was there. I am still chasing a refund for this appalling service, for which I paid $130 and wasted much of my time!! Needless to say, my bedding will never be the same, and may have to be replaced.

WORST DRY CLEAN EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Took cushions to them for cleaning which were returned with replaced stuffing that stinks. I was wondering why they were stressing so much that they have done a perfect job when I went to collect my stuff, very dishonest staff!

This is the worst dry cleaner. They returned the suit jacket without pants and we have been chasing it for months now. The lady is rude, has not found the pants and hung up on me. She was yelling at me, if I could give no stars I would. Will never use this service again!

Nightmare dry cleaners from hell - avoid at all cost, wished I'd known how bad these people were before I had gone there

You want a place so hillarious where you will be treated like crap to such an extent you think you are being Lamponed? Then this is the place for you. With an octogenarian who acts like it is your privilege giving her your money while she complains about you and your 'ridiculous' order at every step of the process after you previously called in for the price for washing a small bag of clothes and a business partner who after charging you $30 tells the other she will just 'throw your clothes in herself', there is none funnier if you take the rude self importance as something ridiculous.
Thank you for the memories girls. You are the worst.
