Today I went to my favourite cafe, serving (in my view) the best coffee in the East - Cafe 222 in Bondi Junction. I go there most days and they know me and my order by name. They also know we recently got a Cavoodle.
Check out the flat white and babyccino that Jayden and I enjoyed this morning! That’s customer service! That’s differentiating yourself and going the extra mile to make a customer happy. It’s the small things in life we often remember most!

Just a bit of Friday fun!
Make this image as large as possible, then stare at the Lazarus Legal logos and tell us how many you can see. No! it's not subliminal advertising, and no, nothing will jump out at you and make you knock over that fourth cup of coffee. Try it, it's pretty cool!
Here is how you do it - Stare beyond the image, i.e.: diverge your eyes until your focus clouds and the logos start to move towards you in a blur. When it clears, you will see the logos in 3D space and at different levels. Count the logos and tell us in the comments section below how many logos you see!

Only ten years ago - a mere flicker of time compared with human history - products and brands like iPad, Airbnb, Google Chrome, Android, 4G, and the selfie stick weren't even a blip on the public's radar.
Think about it. That's only 10 years ago, and how much our lives have changed. Incredible!
