I’ve ordered in the past (melts) and they were soft and hard to remove from the pots.

This time around I ordered washing crystals and was happy, not disappointed, but not the best I’ve used, slight oil leak but smell great.

I also ordered a reed diffuser which smells freaking amazing. And I got 2 samples of wax melts, which have improved immensely since last time I ordered and still smell amazing. Over all happy with my order
