We had so many things go wrong at our wedding, both the ceremony and reception, and despite trying for months now to get Le Montage to take some responsibility for it and compensate us for all the money we paid that ended up being a complete waste, the best they could offer us was an apology (lacking in sincerity) and a free dinner at their restaurant. As if a free meal could make up for tarnishing the most important day of our lives!



They seem professional during the lead up, but the staff they end up using on the day are inexperienced, poorly trained and misinformed. In one instance there were no staff around at all - leaving one of our guests to have to open and hold the door for the bridesmaids and bride to enter the ceremony. Other instructions that were given to the wedding coordinator were simply not followed, meaning that items that we had spent over a thousand dollars on were not used and went to waste.



I had held off writing any review like this in the hope that management would be reasonable and do something to address these shortcomings, but after months of leaving messages and phone calls that were often not returned, and the constant passing the buck from one staff member to the next, it doesn't seem like they want to do the right thing. Don't risk ruining such an important day - save yourself the time and heartache and get married somewhere else.
