Training shouldn’t be complicated. Is it easy? No. But it can at least be simple.
If your training routine or diet isn’t getting you the result that you want, then maybe you need to consider why its not working for you?
Im not here to try and sell you products or shortcuts. But I am here to make a difference and share my knowledge to help you be the best possible version of YOU.
I have a simplified approach to training based around correct human movement. Helping your body move better functionally by using correct lifting techniques practiced by some of the best athletes in the country. I have spent countless hours in the gym perfecting these techniques to help me help you. By improving strength correctly and utilising your body correctly you will be preventing yourself from injury in the gym and also improving functional movement in your day to day life. Move better, feel better, look better. I have also used these same techniques to rehabilitate injuries with many clients and with myself. Ensure that your muscles are working correctly and therefore building correctly. You cant look ‘toned’, ‘lean’ or ‘shape’ without muscle, and you cant build muscle if your movement is restricted. I will help you unlock your fullest potential in the gym.
I don’t believe in restrictive meal plans, unless you are a competitive body builder or your goal is to get to a low body fat percentage, you don’t need meal plan. Flexible dieting is a way that normal people can be in control of their weight loss and still enjoy life without cutting out certain food groups. My goal is to educate my clients based on the logical facts and science behind eating, so you can still enjoy life and get the result you desire. Everyone is different so you have to do what works for YOU!
I have been in the industry for six years now and I am very passionate about what I do. I practice what I preach and I am a strong believer that you can never stop learning about the human body. I have put a lot of time and focus into continuously educating myself to be the best coach I possibly can be. I train myself in an elite facility alongside very highly regarded industry professionals in strength training, to better myself every single week as an athlete and most importantly as a coach. I am often attending seminars based around strength training principles, injury rehabilitation, and anatomy. One of my biggest personal goals is continuing education.
