If i could give no stars i would. Pretty unfriendly and inexperienced. I left with thick, dark, hideously crooked brows and over curled, over processed, fried eyelashes.... 8 weeks on i still have no lashes after the failed lash lift. Would never ever return.

Very bad experience. Extremely rude and impolite staff. The staff finished my hands, legs, underarms and Brazilian waxing in 20 minutes. She was rushing and was in a hurry to finish her job. She didn't even bother to hold my skin properly because of which I have bruise marks and lot of hair left one day after the wax. Please avoid going there.

HIDEOUS business. I got a sexually transmitted infection from their machine after getting laser on my vagina, and it was burnt, I now have scars. Nobody would return my calls ! Nobody would get my records, conveniently LOST when the store closed down from Bondi ! The owner Leah is rude an unprofessional, no idea how to run a business just money hungry !

I have been getting waxes for over 10 years, came in on a weekday in my lunch break for a wax and the girls were lovely, friendly and happy. I was in and out quickly, so getting back to work on time was no problem.
I felt comfortable and can say it's the best wax I have had yet as the staff member was so thorough and attentive! I highly recommend Leah's :)

I've been coming here since 10 years, I like that there is no small talk, you are just a number to get waxed, which is great. I know the girls are super busy but the place has just become more and more filthy! I had to watch my step when i got dressed today; oil and sticky wax on the floor. The cupboards are filthy dirty, actually black stains everywhere you look. Oil smears, marks everywhere even the walls are dirty (??!) the list goes on and on and on. Today I just thought I don't like coming to such a dirty place.
The girls have a very hard time smiling and staying friendly, it feels like they are overworked and not interested one bit. Felt a bit sorry for them. ☹️

Went twice to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and both times I have been burnt by the wax and the second time I went, the lady didn't even ask my what shape or colour I wanted them, she just did them. When I looked in the mirror, she had taken the end but of one eyebrow off and made it shorter while she left the other one a different lenght

Went in for a wax. Midway, the woman gets called away and I'm told another woman will be finishing the wax. Five minutes go by, so I pop my head out and say "hello?". No answer. Five more minutes go by, so I decide to get dressed. The woman at the front exclaims "Oh, I forgot! I'm so sorry", but in a job where customer service is key, this is not a good enough excuse. Really awful, never got my full wax, and will never go here again.

The staff are rude and arrogant. i was asked 4 times what i'm getting done and made a booking for 5:15 but ended up going in at 5:40. 25 minute wait. i got a spray tan and it was horrible. she did 2 rushed coats that didn't show up and i looked the exact same as i walked in. i thought it would go darker in the morning but nothing had changed so i had to go to USA nails to get it re-done. any beauty you want done, i advise you do not go to Leah wax works in Bondi junction as you will only walk out as disappointment as me and every other person reviewing this salon. Leah wax works has not only horrid customer service but horrible at there jobs. "professional beauty therapists". there was not 1 thing professional about this service. ALSO 2 people walked out of the salon while i was there because they'd been waiting so long. its pathetic and a waste of money. it was very un hygienic and snobby, go there at your OWN risk.

This is probably the worst experience I've ever had purely because I didn't even get anything done. I booked an appointment for 4:30 and has to wait till 4:50 to get a room, waited in the room for 20 minutes and left because I have so much better stuff to do with my time than book an appointment and have to wait an hour to get anything done. Definitely never coming back !!!

Was waxed by Lenka and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Very friendly service, great and thorough wax and very affordable!

Had my eye lashes permed here for the first time, I wish I looked at the reviews before I got them done at Leah's Miranda they look absolutely horrible they aren't even curled they are bent in all different directions and it looks absolutely ridiculous not only that but they feel so uncomfortable, I didn't have a look at them in store properly as I was in a rush when but when I seen them properly in the toilet I almost cried, I went back and about 3 staff told me that they would go down and that was meant to happen, they have not gone down since and this is defiantly not what is suppose to happen! Don't get your eye lashes permed here!

Go to Hurstville Leah's they are great!

Very disappointing experience. I got the impression that the staff member (I don't know her name as she did not introduce herself or have a name tag) was trying to complete my leg wax as quickly as possible. There was no attempt at conversation, there were no instructions given as to how I should treat my legs afterward, there were clumps of wax still on my legs after she had finished and I had to ask her to complete the hair removal around my costume line as this was not initially removed. Sorry Leah's, you have lost me as a customer.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. Exactly the same as another lady who posted comments. Had an eyebrow wax. Very abrupt, still have lots of hairs left. The staff were not welcoming at all. Seemed to not want to be there. First time going there, won't be going back.
