Went today for a half leg wax ..indicated to girl the legs to knee.. suddenly I have hot wax smeared in thick dribbling mess over my upper thigh ..when I objected pointing out the obvious ( that there is no hair to wax and only wanted half leg ) instead of cleaning up the mess she had created she proceeded with the wax ..was a messy and unprofessional experience and would not recommend or return

I had my eyebrows done as a walk in. Fast and excellent service, very friendly staff and did an excellent job with great attention to detail.

Lovely, professional staff and you usually don't have to wait long for a consultation.

I developed a skin infection after waxing at this store which I believe is due to incorrect waxing technique. I've had the same areas waxed in the past and had no issues with sensitive skin.

Thank god for beauty therapist like Julia after a number of bad wax experiences at different stores im so happy I found her she is friendly, professional and does a great pain FREE Brazilian so happy I have found her would highly recommended her to everybody

The salon itself could use an upgrade but I have NEVER had a rude staff member. I get my brows waxed and tinted and the girls always do a great job! Very reasonably priced too!
