After years of going here I've finally given up on this place. Over the years I've had some good service from the doctors and staff. But for the last few years the waiting times have been becoming harder and harder to deal with.

The final straw was when I went there one Friday just before 10am. I waited for three hours only to finally get told by the doctor that she can't syringe my ear. So I waited for the next doctor. Turns out they didn't feel confident enough to do it either. Turns out nobody there could do it, no nurse, nobody except for a doctor who comes on in the evening. Ok I'm upset but trying to be reasonable. I'm prepared to come back at night but given the circumstances could I make an appointment so that I don't have to potentially wait around for an extra couple of hours. I did that one evening so I know that sort of wait is easily possible at night. No...not possible to make an appointment...if I want to come back I have to wait again!

I've never felt the need to do a review for anything before but this has pushed me over the edge. Do yourself and your family a favour, if you have the option, find another place to go to.

**Great Service! Free Health Care for a 2 hour wait is worth it! People are too soft in 2017! Need to grow a pair of ovaries and balls**

There is only one good doctor at this practice, the rest are average at best, unprofessional and dismissive at worst. I have waited 3 and a half hours to see the doctor of my choice. Yesterday my husband required medical attention and was greeted with 44 people in the waiting room and only 4 doctors on duty. With the prospect of a 4 hour wait, he gave up and left. Monday is the worst day to go there. One particular Monday morning I stopped counting at 62 people waiting. Again, we gave up and left. We are currently researching other GP facilities, as the situation at this centre is becoming progressively worse. Unfortunately this situation is common with these types of facilities, as they are run primarily as a money-making venture, rather than for the care and benefit of patients. A sad indictment of our medical system today.

Unbelievably incompetent staff and not particularly great doctors either (one in particular is extremely condescending and rude) Staff have absolutely no idea how to run a waiting room and are more than often exceptionally rude. I've stood at the unattended reception for over five minutes more than once while listening to the reception staff gossip about another employee behind the wall. Not worth the hassle even if its an emergency.

For a free (bulk-billing) practice with onsite immediate access to dentist, chemist and a slew of other services, I feel many complaints here are unfair - if people know how to register their complaints online then they should be savvy enough to see when the quiet times are so they can avoid long waits... and if you're injured or very sick and have to visit during the busy periods but don't want to wait then consider paying for a visit at a less busy practice, get a locum or go to emergency if it's really bad. Do you really think this practice is so busy because its a bad medical centre??? Logic suggests otherwise. Poor customer service is everywhere these days, but in busy medical practices they are generally overworked and can suffer compassion fatigue - you're not there to be waited on or to buy a burger and chips. Sheesh!

The service is disgusting. I had a severe fever and major headache, and I was left sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours, after I was told it would only be a 30 minute wait. People were being served who arrived HOURS after us, and we felt that if we asked when we would be let in, we would be made to wait even longer. As a young person, I had school the next day. I was waiting until 9:30 at night just to get to briefly speak to the ONE doctor that was working. I don't believe you can call it a medical centre if there is only ONE doctor. Disgusting, just disgusting. Definitely would not recommend under any circumstances!!

Waiting. Waiting. Waiting
If reception say it is a bit of a wait that means about 2-3 hours. Joke. A medical centre with two doctors working. Sometimes one doctor! Unbelievable. Last wait on a weekday was 3+hours. You've been warned!!!

The service is not good. The only good thing in this place is one of the doctors.
You can't make appointments, so when you arrive they tell you how long you have to wait. When I arrived they told me that I had to wait an hour. After two hours waiting I asked how many people were before me. The receptionist told me 15!! . They clearly have problems calculating how many people a doctor can see in one hour or lack of transparency to tell you how many people are waiting before you.

It's quite terrible really, that this shiny expensive medical centre exists purely for the basis of revenue, not for the interests of people's health like one would think. The doctors, albeit nice, enjoy working as minimally as possible and seeing as many people as they can possibly squeeze in. Those late nights sure must be worth it for the pay cheques they cash at the end of the week.
Don't even get me started about the medical receptionists, one even sighed cry loudly at me because I didn't have my Medicare card (yet have been there many times). When I told her I didn't come to the doctors to be treated with that attitude she back peddled saying she sighed because she had lots of work to do, then proceeded to have a social conversation with her colleague before coming back to attend to me.
This place is good for one thing, a cheap and nasty medical certificate.
