Vision:
What we do in yoga studio is practicing yoga asanas, breathing techniques and meditation. These help us to strengthen our physical body and mind, increase our awareness and improve energy flow through the body. Yet the real yoga starts when we bring the practice out of the yoga mat to our everyday life. “You cannot do yoga; yoga is your nature state”. Leila believes that even if we cannot always control what goes on outside, we can control what goes on inside by raising our consciousness, by continuous self-development and conscious self-evolution. “If you want to change the world, start with yourself”.
Apart of yoga, Leila is passionate about healthy food and active life-style.
Currently she is doing her 2nd bachelor in Medical Science: Nutritional Medicine.
She loves nature and prefers to spent her free time by doing hiking, Alpine skiing, swimming, walking, jogging and certainly Yoga. She also loves dancing and has over 8 years’ experience as a Belly Dance instructor and choreographer. She also performed ballet, folk and contemporary dance styles in her childhood; currently she likes to dance Salsa and other Latin American styles as a hobby.
