Established in 1992, the original Le's Butcher, located on Maitland Road in Mayfield, was founded by Loc Le.

When you walk into Le's Butcher, you enter a butcher unlike any other in Newcastle. Our fresh meat is delivered locally every day from the upper Hunter, and you'll be able to see our butchers preparing it as you wait for your order. If you are unsure about the cut that you want, how you should cook it or you want to make a special order that you can't find in the counters, please do not hesitate to ask, our dedicated team will be more than happy to help. In addition, the shop also supplies an extensive range of Asian and European goods to suit your needs.

- If you want special orders /bulk sale for business /restaurants, call us or ask in store for stocks availability. Orders are ready for collection in approximately 2-4 hours.

- Spit Roast Catering: $100 per weekend (pick up Friday or Saturday and return Monday)

- Fresh blood jelly is available every fortnight (second and last week of the month)
