I have had my Lexus serviced by the team at Chatswood for the last 13 years. It has always been an effiecient and professional experience but my most recent service during May was the best. I had to spend some time in hospital and arranged the service while I was away. Not only did they take care of everything, including the logistics, but they sent some flowers to me with their good wishes. Thank you Team at Chatswood - I really appreciate it.

Excellent service, very good to deal with. Lexus may be luxury vehicle which costs more but they look after you.

the first time was great, but recently I called them to book a service, they said they all fully booked out and will call me back. Didn't get any message in the following week. I called again, but they just left "won't be long" and hang me there 😒
