Life Yoga Goulburn

Our classes are a synergy of traditional yoga and modern sequencing, developing a moving meditation that will leave you relaxed, refreshed and energised!

We have a lovely little yoga community from all walks of life and practice. Our classes are suitable for all levels and Prenatal students are welcome in Mel's classes after initial consultation. Mums & Bubs classes run in Term 1 & 4. Term costs just $130 for 10 weeks or $18 casually.
