Through an intensely difficult period of chronic, debilitating illness, I learnt first-hand how devastating ill health can be. I also learnt that illness can teach us many lessons if we are open to seeing them. Through my own path to healing, I discovered that the cause of illness is rarely just physical, and that in order to heal it is important to treat all levels of the Self - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
During healings I use a combination of ancient healing techniques and natural abilities to find and correct imbalances in the physical and energy bodies.

Pranic healing is a no-touch modality where all types of illnesses can be treated. It is a highly developed and tested system of energy-based healing techniques, using “prana" – the vital energy life-force to balance, harmonise and transform your body's energy processes. The Chinese refer to this subtle energy as "Chi" in acupuncture.

Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful method of healing. Reiki energy, (often described as "universal life energy" or "spiritual energy") is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment. It enhances the body's natural healing ability and promotes wellbeing.
