Lily & Mitchell

I visited here with my husband on my birthday as he was planning to buy me a ring. The customer service was terrible, I was ignored in the shop when entering and had to end up asking to have some assistance. The ring I wanted needed to be ordered in and they said they would call me- a week later I hadn't heard anything so I called them and they said the ring had arrived a few days ago and they had left me a voicemail. This was a blatant lie as I had no voicemail. I then went in to get the ring at 1pm the next day and had mentioned this on the phone(the shop is a 30min drive away) and there was a sign on the shop saying they would be back at 3! Awful!!! I'm taking my money elsewhere.

I think it's a gorgeous shop. Unfortunately like someone else mentioned here the customer service was terrible! I have felt so unwelcomed on every occasion here. There was no "hello" or "how can I help you?". The girl seemed annoyed she had to get up from her desk and reluctant to give me information. Otherwise I love the range in this shop, just a shame I didn't feel accommodated to buy anything.

Beautiful jewellery on display, too bad the young girl working there on the 20th of January looked really ennoyed to have to leave her computer to come and help me with inquiry...a hello would have been nice too😐

Fantastic service. Another retailer screwed up my order, and meant it was likely my partner's birthday present wasn't available (which they didn't tell me until it was looking like it was too late and they took payment!) Ordered from Lily and Mitchell, explained the circumstances and they sent it out very quickly and made sure it would arrive with time to spare!

What an amazing and beautiful store with Gourgeous jewelry. Jewelry can also be purchased online! I recently experienced above and beyond customer service where a piece was ordered in for me, gift wrapped and delivered! Thank you so much. Cannot wait to visit your boutique again or I might just have to make an online purchase until I can get up to Sydney. Thank you again, just in love with your products and store.
