Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay

Great hospitality, easy walk over Clyde River into town. Very clean tidy room, renovated bathroom, air con. Access to lake, gym, tennis court, pool. Wifi slow.

Clean, upgraded, quiet, easy walk into town. Only 4 out of 5 cos hubby couldn't find the promised Nespresso machine so I have to listen to that for the rest of the day

Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Good location as well. Comfy beds, however do wish had queen size rather than doubles. The showers had good pressure and instant hot water, one of my personal requirements in a hotel.

There is a slight stagnant water smell from the lake but not a deal breaker. There is room for improvement with regards to the breakfast. Needs more choice for the continental breakfast and should just have like a hot breakfast like you did on Sunday rather than having to order from the menu.

Would recommend and also stay here again myself.

Lincoln Downs Resort and Spa was neither a resort or spa but the triple room we booked was modern and the bathroom was newly renovated. The location was just off the highway, up the road from town and the Oyster Shed is close by. On the weekend I went, there was a 3 course menu available in the restaurant for $55 that I did not try. The room was great value despite feeling like a drive in motel from the outside.

Great place. Good rooms, specially if you get a view to the lake. One of the best beds i've slept in a super close to the city and kangaroo beaches

Absolutely fabulous. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Rooms are gorgeous, comfy beds. The food at the restaurant is so amazing, best chicken I've ever had. Perfect place if you want to relax and unwind. Would recommend this place. 10/10

Beautiful location. Bathrooms are in need of some upgrades. Beds are incredibly soft.
Rooms have very thin walls, and ours haf a few marks on counter tops from previous guests. Nice grounds and good staff, but I wouldn't return unfortunately.

Just not a great place to stay.
You could feel each and every spring in the mattress, the walls are paper thin so we got to hear every conversation had around us, everything felt like it desperately needed a makeover.
The room came equipped with coffee pods, but no machine to use them, and essentially that's the best way to sum up our feelings on the visit.
