A place for a little indulgence or decadence, there are lots of things that tempt. I have tried some of the cakes previously & really liked the chocolate decadence. This time, I tried the chocolate pecan & chocolate raspberry brownies. Both were chocolatey & nice, but a little dry for a brownie. Not overly rich or sweet which can be a good thing. Hot chocolate is a must & I love the generous amount of chocolate provided to make it yourself. Staff are very friendly & helpful making it a lovely place to visit.

This place is very cosy. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hot chocolate and cakes were fantastic. Will go back again.

Nice food but don't go during peak hour. Service is friendly but understandable a little slow for how busy it is.

Some staff members can be quite snooty, but the melted chocolate over the banana bread keeps drawing me back. Worth a try.

Staff very accommodating. Food amazing and prices reasonable. A favourite cafe.

The coffee I received was quite watery, and the manager didn't respond very respectfully when I brought this up. Other branches are a lot better.

The place does a great hot chocolate, but customer service isn't very polite.

Thursday night shopping visit 19th Jan 17 - WORST Coffee ever had in my life! Disgustingly made and served - low level of coffee volume and white bland froth that was GROSS given it was watered down and unprofessionally made. An ALDI coffee is 100% better. Feedback was kindly provided to staff and their response was to do nothing! ZERO Customer Service ! Never again... YUKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Waited 20 minutes for 2 small hot chocolate. Rubbish service. Not happy!!

Hi there. My husband and I thought we’d support the Lindt Cafe after everything they’ve been through. We ordered a chocolate thick shake. We paid an extra $3 to make the milkshake “thick”. This took the total to$11! The most expensive thickshake we have ever purchased! Does it come coated in gold? We had to return the shake as it was a normal milkshake. The staff were less than apologetic and returned the shake which was only slightly “thicker”. Overall a terrible experience and we won’t be back.
