Lindt Chocolate Café, Cockle Bay

This cafe is very nice.
They have a very good service offering you all sorts of awesome chocolates, gelatos and cheesecakes.
The coffee is an exception here, though. It's not very good, and a mocha will come with so much chocolate in the bottom that it won't taste like a proper one.

Their price is quite high, but one should note that it's located in a tourist area.

Simply divine chocolate. Highly recommend the DIY hot chocolates, very yum! The delicious chocolate and products make up for the average customer service. Don't let this hold you back, it's a must try!

Chocolate was excellent but coffee was very, very bad. I had a waffle with chocolate chip hazelnut ice-cream which was fantastic. Chocolate fudge sauce was also excellent. Friendly staff, nice location and athmosphere. But coffee was dreadful quality, tasted old and as if made with a machine that has not been cleaned properly for a very long time. Come here for the chocolate and go someplace else for coffee.

A must visit if you love Lindt Chocolate. The menu is great and the food is even better. Service is a bit slow but it is worth the wait.

Delicious and incredibly rich chocolate based meals but at a very high price

To take an order takes forever and they messed up our order. The chocolate we ordered was stale. The coffee was way too hot and very average. Bad service and overpriced.

Used to be such a great place. Recently I went after the renovation hoping for a better experience, nope. I was wrong. Menu is so dated, needs updating, service need to be 50x better, and product/display doesn't scream premium anymore. What a shame.

Me and a friend came here on a Tuesday in the late afternoon to order a sweet snack. We quickly settled on trying out the new winter specials on the salted caramel waffle and chocolate hazelnut.

The service was pretty subpar. They were pretty busy and the lady taking my order was sort of absent but sort of standard in my experience. However after waiting roughly 30-40min for our waffles so I asked politely if someone could check on our order and this other lady just barked at me "waffles are made in the kitchen" then turned away from me to ask a waitress to check up on our order. A few minutes later the waffles come and while the waitress was mildly polite, there was also no apology offered.

The waffles themselves were dry and crumbly almost like a bad cookie. The chocolate sauce resembled milkshake syrup. The only upside was the decent ice cream but you can get that at other places for cheaper. Overall me and my friend were disappointed in the lack of customer service and the poor food quality. Would recommend max brenner for their really good waffles.

First time customer to Lindt cafe and I received friendly service when the waiter told me about how to pour my hot chocolate :) He was patient and nice. Good job, thanks :)

It was Saturday afternoon. There were 9 of us. 4 of us didn't get our order until 30 mins later. It was only 1 iced coffee and 3 one scoop ice cream. Then when we got our orders, one ice cream was already melted. Two other customers made a complaint about waiting for too long. Poor service.

Good place for dessert and chit chat. Don't forget to bring your partnerrr. I wish i have one

Amazing chocolate at great price.

Having the Christmas sales! Everything was off 50% and it was amazing! They have so many chocolate selection, more than what Singapore has.

So it was a heaven for me. The chocolate taste amazing!

Conveniently located at cockle bay to sit back, relax and watch the busyness around you. Good service, can be busy at time and long waiting time. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Good place if you have a big sweet tooth
